Sailor Mini Moon!
I realized I hadn't done my tribute to Sailor Moon yet. Sailor Moon was where it all started. All the extremely crappy works I did back in my pre-teens. I figured it was about time to do an update.
I decided to go with Mini Moon as I've never done her in uniform before. I loved the color scheme of the 'eternal form'. The pink and yellow go so well together!
Then I wanted to put in a rainbow-ish background with a pink tint.
